A referral is considered valid only when submitted prior to any existing contact, lead, or negotiation involving the homeowner. If multiple referrals for the same homeowner are received, the reward will be paid solely to the individual who first submitted the verified referral. This program does not guarantee an offer, contract, or purchase, and participation does not create a partnership, employment relationship, or broker/agent relationship. Referral participants are not authorized to negotiate or market properties on our behalf. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or modify referrals at our discretion, and to change or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
